Automatic deletion on uninstall
Uninstalling the TY Bridge app from your Shopify store triggers our
uninstall workflow. We mark the shop as uninstalled and schedule data
purge. As part of retention runs (typically within 48 hours), we
remove shop records and associated data, including:
- OAuth access tokens and encrypted destination credentials
- Pixel and measurement identifiers
- Configuration and migration settings
- Order truth records and delivery logs
- Event payloads and dead-letter records
Manual deletion request
If you would like to request deletion without uninstalling, contact
us via ecominmotion.com/support
with the subject line “TY Bridge Data Deletion Request.”
Please include:
- Your store domain (for example,
example.myshopify.com) - The email address associated with your account
We may request verification before completing deletion. Verified
requests are processed within 30 days.
