Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of TY Bridge. By installing the app, you agree to them on behalf of your organization.
Account & access
You must authorize TY Bridge through Shopify. You are responsible for keeping access tokens, signing keys, and any exported data secure and for all activity under your shop’s account.
Consent & compliance
You are responsible for configuring consent collection on your storefront and ensuring you have a lawful basis to send data to advertising platforms. Do not use TY Bridge to bypass consent or send identifiers without permission. Missing consent must be treated as denied.
Acceptable use
Do not use TY Bridge to violate Shopify’s policies, send prohibited content to advertising platforms, bypass consent, or attack the service. We may throttle or suspend access for abuse or security risks.
Billing
Paid plans are billed via Shopify App Subscription in USD on a 30-day recurring interval. Prices shown in the admin reflect the subscription presented during Shopify checkout. Test mode is used for sandbox shops.
Support
Support is provided through TY Bridge and Shopify channels. We respond to support requests in order of plan tier and severity.
Third-party platforms
TY Bridge relays events to third-party platforms you configure. Delivery, attribution, and match quality depend on those platforms and on your consent configuration. We do not control their uptime or policy changes.
Diagnostics & testing
Diagnostics tools are provided to validate your setup. Use test events for troubleshooting and do not use diagnostics to send real customer data without the appropriate consent.
Termination
You can uninstall TY Bridge at any time. We will delete or anonymize data according to our retention policy and Shopify requirements.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will notify merchants of material changes and update the effective date above.
