Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of TY Bridge. By installing the app, you agree to them on behalf of your organization.
Account & access
You must authorize TY Bridge through Shopify. You are responsible for keeping access tokens, signing keys, and any exported data secure and for all activity under your shop’s account.
Acceptable use
Do not use TY Bridge to violate Shopify’s policies, send prohibited content to advertising platforms, bypass consent, or attack the service. We may throttle or suspend access for abuse or security risks.
Billing
Paid plans are billed via Shopify App Subscription in USD on a 30-day recurring interval. Prices shown in the admin reflect the subscription presented during Shopify checkout. Test mode is used for review and sandbox environments.
Data handling
TY Bridge processes consent-aware event telemetry and configuration data to relay signals to platforms like Meta, GA4, TikTok, and Google Ads. We do not sell data. Privacy controls and webhook handling are described in the Privacy Policy.
Service availability
TY Bridge is delivered via Cloudflare. A fallback relay hosted on Vercel may be used during Cloudflare incidents to enqueue events. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and limit our liability to fees paid in the last 3 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Termination
You may uninstall the app at any time; uninstall webhooks remove stored access tokens, vanity domains, shard hosts, and queued data. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, abuse, or legal risk.
Changes
We may update these terms to reflect product changes or legal requirements. Material updates will be posted here and, when possible, emailed to account owners.
